Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information Stardust Metaphysical (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects when you visit my website, join my email list, or book a session, how I use it, and the choices you have. I'm based in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, and I handle your information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information you give me:

• Your name and email address, when you book, subscribe, or contact me

• Booking and event registration details, such as the service or event you choose and your appointment time or ticket type, along with your country (and sometimes your mailing address), so I can schedule in your time zone, use the right language, and ship something to you if needed

• Anything you choose to share with me before, during, or after a session, including your questions, any messages you send in a post-session chat, and the transcript and summary Google Meet provides for your session

• Payment details, which you enter directly into Square. I do not see or store your full card number

Information collected automatically:

• Basic technical information when you visit my website, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools used by my website platform

• To schedule, deliver, and follow up on your sessions, including sending confirmations, reminders, and your Google Meet link, and to match your time zone and language

• To process payments and keep the financial records I'm required to keep

• To answer your questions and messages, to manage event registrations, and to ship something to you if needed

• To send my email newsletter, only if you've signed up for it

• To keep my website working and improve it

• To meet my legal obligations

What you share in a session stays between us. I do not share, sell, or publish the details of your session or anything you tell me. I never video record a session without your written consent by email beforehand. Google Meet also provides me with a transcript and a summary of each session. I will only share session information, including the transcript and summary, with you, or if I'm legally required to.

When you subscribe to my email list, I'll send you updates, offers, and insight. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by contacting me, and I will remove you within 10 business days at the latest. I do not sell or rent my email list. If my emails land in your junk folder, marking them as “not junk” helps future emails reach your inbox.

I use trusted third-party services to run my business. They handle your information on my behalf and have their own privacy policies:

• Systeme.io: my website, forms, event registrations, and email list

• Square: online booking and payment processing

• Google: Google Meet for video sessions, including session transcripts and summaries

• Discord: the optional 7-day chat that comes with Psychic Healing and Akashic Records Readings. Joining is up to you, and Discord's privacy policy applies if you do

• GoDaddy: my domain name

• Instagram and Facebook: if you follow or message me there, Meta's privacy policy applies

Some of these services store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.

My website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it's used. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Photos and videos may be taken at my events, and I may use them to share and promote my work, such as on my website, social media, and other marketing. If you'd prefer that your photo or video not be used, let me know and I'll honour your request.

I do not sell your personal information. I only share it with the service providers listed above (and a shipping carrier, if I mail you something) as needed to run my business, or when the law requires it. If I co-host an event with someone, my co-host can see the registration information for that event so we can run it together.

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires (for example, payment records kept for tax purposes). When I no longer need it, I delete it or anonymize it.

I use reasonable safeguards, such as password-protected accounts and reputable platforms. No method of online storage or transmission is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security, but I take your privacy seriously.

You can ask me to:

• Tell you what personal information I hold about you

• Correct anything that's inaccurate

• Delete your information (I may need to keep some records, such as payments, for legal reasons)

• Stop sending you emails, or withdraw your consent to how I use your information

If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. If you live in the EU, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights under your local law. Contact me and I'll do my best to honour them.

My services are intended for adults. I do not work with anyone under the age of 18, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with me, please contact me and I'll delete it.

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
